WHO we’re looking for:
We are looking for a Social Content Producer who will be responsible for supporting the Home Entertainment (HE) division – which includes the industry-leading portfolio of TVs, projectors, audio and memory innovations. You will report to and will work closely with the Sr. Manager of Social and Influencer, and will collaborate frequently with the integrated marketing teams and external agencies. You will produce, write, and edit social media content and copy.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Build compelling and original content for our socialmedia accounts, effectively translating business priorities into social-firstcontent.
- Developauthentic content that resonates with multi-generational audiences.
- Strategicallyalign creative concepts with product storytelling.
- Writeengaging social copy for both paid and organic social.
- Identifytrends, news, and other culture-relevant content to amplify across O&Ochannels.
- Collaboratewith PR, strategy, and creative teams to execute major initiatives &branded campaigns.
- Organizeplanning and creative execution of social content.
- Stayinformed of industry regulations and guidelines related to social mediacontent, ensuring compliance and ethical standards are met.
Required Experience and Education:
- 5-8 years’ experience in social content creation with adiverse portfolio of work.
- Bachelor's degreein marketing or equivalent training required.
- Passionfor and/or experience in consumer electronics and technology a plus.
- Knowledgeof paid social tactics across platforms.
- Experiencewith Reddit and Discord campaigns a plus.
- Familiaritywith agency management.
Necessary Skills and Attributes:
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a team-based or independent environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organization skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Limited supervision and the exercise of discretion.
- Exceptionalsocial copy writing skills.
- Videoand photo editing skills are a must. Expertise across AdobePremiere/Photoshop/Creative suite is preferred.
- Greatcommunicator in both written and verbal form with impeccable copywriting skills.
- Abilityto process and interpret complex information and turn difficult concepts intoeasy-to-understand and persuasive copy/messaging.
- Good editorial judgment, accuracy and sensitivity.
- Mustbe able to prioritize and handle several projects at the same time in afast-paced environment while adhering to shifting deadlines.

Specific vision abilities required by the job include ability to distinguish the nature of objects by using the eye. Operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal between 50% - 95% of work time, including prolonged periods of time. Requires considerable (90% ) work utilizing high visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, and moderate hand/finger dexterity.
Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. May require working additional time beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
